Merritt Hill Manor has five (5) guest bedrooms each with its own
personality and in room private bath. All of
our guest rooms are air-conditioned for your
comfort. The master bedroom and the downstairs
bedroom each have a king-sized canopy bed.
Three of the upstairs rooms all have queen
size beds, with an additional twin bed in one
of the rooms.

1) The recently redecorated original
master bedroom overlooks Keuka Lake and has a
king-size canopy bed. It has a generous
sitting area with a love seat. One of the
best views in the house, you awaken to the
beautiful sunrise over Keuka Lake. Named for
the longest 20th century owner of the house
and Windy Heights Vineyards, most locals
remember Merritt Hill Manor as "the Taylor
place".

2) Your view overlooks the cutting garden.
This room has an antique queen pencil-post bed
in the main room and a twin-size day bed in
the alcove (dressing area). Its bath has a
full size tub and shower. Named for the first
family member and longest 19th century owners,
the Hartshorn's ran one of the largest (500
acres) and most profitable farms in Yates
County for almost 70 years.

3) The wooden antique reproduction queen
size bed makes for the perfect nap or place to
read. On the northeast corner of the house,
great breezes circulate the room and through
the original pocket windows you even have a
view of the lake.

4) This fully redecorated room has a
large, beautiful four poster bed and cottage
decor. Two overstuffed chairs make relaxing
easy as you overlook the entry garden beds.
Awake to birds singing and the smell of
breakfast.

5) The largest of the Merritt Hill Manor
guestrooms has a king size canopy bed and the
view of the lake’s sunrise as you awake in the
morning. This room is located on the first
floor and has easy access for those who don't
like steps.

Rooms 3, 4, and 5 are named for our grown children.
